1. Agreement
By using Heave, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Heave.
2. What Heave Provides
Heave provides workout logging, training history, workout plans, insights, and AI-assisted interpretation of training notes. App features may change over time and may depend on your device, operating system, network connection, iCloud availability, or purchase status.
3. Training And AI Results
Heave is a training log and analysis tool. It is not medical, health, rehabilitation, nutrition, or coaching advice. You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise, load, and training plan is appropriate for you.
AI-assisted parsing and insights can be incomplete or incorrect. Review workout entries and outputs before relying on them.
4. Your Use Of Heave
You agree not to:
- Use Heave unlawfully or to harm another person.
- Interfere with app security, remote service protections, or normal service operation.
- Attempt to access non-public systems, data, or features without authorization.
- Upload or submit content that you do not have the right to use or that is malicious.
5. Your Content And Data
You remain responsible for training notes and other content you enter into Heave. You allow Heave to process that content only as needed to provide the app features you request, secure the service, and handle support as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Purchases
Some Heave features may require a purchase or subscription. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are shown by the store or purchase flow used for the transaction. Store terms may also apply.
7. Ownership
Heave, its design, software, branding, and website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms give you permission to use Heave for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of Heave intellectual property to you.
8. Availability
Heave may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. No service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free, especially where it depends on third-party platforms, online AI services, or device capabilities.
9. Disclaimers And Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Heave is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Heave is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses resulting from your use of or inability to use Heave.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer or data protection law.
